Can I try paid features before committing?

All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No card required until the trial ends. Cancel any time from your billing settings.

What counts as a seat?

A seat is any active org member — someone who has accepted an invite and can log in. Removed or pending members don't count.

What's the difference between Team Starter and Team?

Team Starter is a flat $49/month for up to 10 people — great for small teams that want predictability. Team is $15/seat and scales with your headcount, and unlocks Slack, Kubernetes management, and full access control.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing is 20% cheaper than monthly. You can switch at any time from your billing settings. Annual plans are billed upfront.

How does BYOC / Enterprise work?

Enterprise includes a Helm chart to deploy the full Gretl control plane inside your own cluster. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. Learn more →

Can I get a refund?

If you're unsatisfied within 30 days of your first payment, email support@gretl.dev and we'll issue a full refund.

Do you have nonprofit or student discounts?

Yes. Email support@gretl.dev with proof of eligibility and we'll set you up with a discount code.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice. Contact us to arrange purchase orders or wire transfers.
